Organising a concert at St Elizabeth’s Church

If you wish to organise a concert at Pärnu St Elizabeth’s Church, please first consider the spiritual message of the proposed event and why it should take place specifically in a church. Once you have an answer, send the concert application below to the parish office at parnu.eliisabeti@eelk.ee:

Hostel Lõuna

The parish also owns Hotel/Hostel Lõuna at Lõuna 2, in the very centre of Pärnu. The hotel is on the ground floor and the hostel on the first floor. By staying there, you support the work of the parish and the restoration of Pärnu St Elizabeth’s Church.

At its meeting held from 26 January to 2 February 2025, the general assembly of Pärnu St Elizabeth’s Parish elected Indrek Kaldo, Priit Kalle, Tähti Karro, Priit Koger, Kasper Koodi, Diego Lina, Sulev Lonn, Jüri Martinson, Aime Nigola, Osvald Nigola, Jüri Pikma, Marika Priske, Andres Riivits, Ille Riivits, Hillar Talvik and Aime Vinn to the parish council.

Aino Toht, Tiia Lehepuu, Külli Kodasmaa, Annely Triksberg and Paul Zubtšenko were elected as substitute members.

Parish board

The chair of the board is Andres Riivits (andres.riivits@eelk.ee). The other board members are Priit Kalle, Jüri Martinson, Jüri Pikma and Marika Priske. The parish pastor and assistant pastor are members of the board by virtue of their office.

The members of the council are elected for four years by the parish general assembly, and the council in turn elects the board. Who belongs to the general assembly, and how the right to vote and to stand for election arises, is explained on the page Life as a Member of the Congregation.
