Music from Hans Zimmer’s film INTERSTELLAR and improvisations

The gong masters bring their gongs together at Pärnu Eliisabet Church to create, together with the organ, a shared sound field in which a cosmic symphony can emerge, featuring music from Hans Zimmer’s film Interstellar and improvisations.

A unique and profound experience in cosmic sound awaits you. It offers an opportunity to relax, look within, heal spiritually, and feel the therapeutic vibrations of sound in your body. It is also an excellent opportunity to step away from the routine of everyday life, enjoy the beauty of music and sound, and listen to what the stars whisper to us.

The GONG is one of the oldest musical instruments, used to expand thought and perception. During gong meditation, brain activity slows down and alpha and theta waves emerge. We connect with our subconscious, from which information comes to us in the form of symbols. The uniqueness of this altered state of consciousness lies in the fact that inner self-healing processes are activated and cells can renew themselves. Our body restores and rejuvenates itself. At the same time, new ideas and unconventional creative solutions arise.

In addition to the gongs and organ, other rare instruments will also be heard, tuning us to a harmonious state: flat bells, sound bowls, ethnic flutes, wind chimes, ocean drums
